With close to a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical and taps into our personal strengths.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care, and led by compassion and respect for the challenges you may be experiencing. I draw from person-centred therapy, and cognitive-behavioural approaches (CBT), among other practices.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Therapy with me is not just about symptom relief, it’s about helping you build emotional resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
