With close to a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical and taps into our personal strengths.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care, and led by compassion and respect for the challenges you may be experiencing. ​I draw from person-centred therapy, and cognitive-behavioural approaches (CBT), among other practices. This means our work together will be collaborative, paced with care, and tailored to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all model.
