I’m a mental health professional with close to a decade of experience working with parents, adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent individuals, as a counsellor, researcher, lecturer among other roles. My therapeutic approach is rooted in both empathy and evidence-based practices.

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress among other challenges. Trained in Clinical Psychology and Special Education, I use a holistic lens to understand mental health challenges, tying in the social, developmental, and systemic factors that shape well-being. Over the years, I’ve held diverse roles and, have contributed to academic research at institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

In addition to my clinical and research endeavors, I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and resilience through educational initiatives. I had the honor of being a part of many healing journeys. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about watching someone’s silent strengths come to light. I have observed firsthand how people, no matter their age, can thrive when equipped with the right tools and support. It's my passion to help others discover and use their strengths to navigate life’s challenges.

My current memberships include those with the British Psychological Society and the International Developmental Paediatrics Association, among others. I am especially committed to culturally responsive care and building psychological resilience in communities. Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time or returning to explore more deeply, I’m here to help you move from just surviving to meaningfully thriving. Let’s begin wherever you are.
